We are all heartbroken by the COVID-19 pandemic and its unprecedented effects everywhere around the world. Despite the unknowns, we are true believers that a health crisis of this magnitude, that the majority of us have never before experienced in our lifetimes, can only be overcome when we all join together and work as one.

In this effect, we would like to inform you that our online store along with our unmatched customer service and shipping are all open and operational during normal business hours to assist you with your edelkrone orders and inquiries. To ensure our team's safety while guaranteeing your complete satisfaction with our products & services, we have taken the following actions:

  • Diligently following the advice and guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other public health agencies, as well as local and Federal government,
  • Implemented a work from home protocol for our office employees, and
  • Implemented a vigorous protocol at our fulfillment centers for the safety of our shipping staff which includes staff rotation to eliminate the possibility of close contact and maximum sanitation and disinfection applications to address the unknowns of the virus on surfaces.
